CLIMBING DISTANCE FOR SPORTIFICIAL BEGINNERS in the afternoon suitable for: sporty mountaineers with and without via ferrata experience The "KLAMML" via ferrata (B, C and D) offers easy and difficult, flatter and very steep passages, a wire rope bridge, rock to scramble on and various stepping irons. Here sporty, ambitious beginners can get a great all-round impression of the via ferrata. Before going on the via ferrata, you will be familiarised with climbing techniques and belaying techniques on the practice rock. In addition, the mountain guide can secure you with a rope in the difficult parts of the via ferrata set. EMPEROR'S TRANSITION from North to South with summit experience via the northern ascent to the Vordere Goinger-Halt Suitable for: sure-footed, vertigo-free mountaineers with and without experience of via ferrata (young people on request) Experience the fascination of imposing rock faces, a view of the summit up to the main ridge of the Alps and the sunny south side of the Wilder Kaiser. From the Griesner Alm, the start is secured via the Eggersteig (A, B) through the "STEINERNE RINNE", always with a view of the steep, famous rock faces of Fleischbank and Predigtstuhl, where climbing history was written. At the "ELLMAUER TOR", the saddle over to the south side, there is a short rest before the summit of the Vordere Goinger Halt is reached, also secured, after easy climbing passages (1-2) via the north ascent. Here the view over the Kitzbühel Alps to the main ridge of the Alps rewards us. The descent is southwards to the Wochenbrunner Alm with panoramic views over the Söllandl. The children are introduced to the climbing technique in a playful way and also learn all the important things about dangers on the mountain and about safety techniques. They proudly climb their first metres of altitude in the easy rock with their own strength, short abseil passages are great fun. In easy via ferrata/exercise climbs they are allowed to move forward in the rock. In nature's adventure playground - where the little ones often do not fare worse than their parents... ELLMAUER HALT - to the highest peak of the Wilder Kaiser Suitable for: sure-footed, vertigo-free mountaineers with and without experience of via ferrata (young people on request) From the Wochenbrunner Alm, ascent through forest and alpine pastures to the Gruttenhütte. From there, the path becomes stony until the start of the Gamssängersteig (A, B, C). This via ferrata is secured with a wire rope and/or the rope of a certified mountain guide and climbs up to the highest point of the Wilder Kaiser using step irons, ladders and rocky paths! On the airy summit of the "ELLMAUER HALT" (2334m) you will enjoy a fantastic panorama in all directions - and a well-deserved break. The descent to the Gruttenhütte is along the same path and you can concentrate well on the climb. The last stage is the descent to the Wochenbrunner Alm. You need to be there: surefootedness, freedom from vertigo, fitness for approx. 4 hours on the ascent, good hiking boots, sunglasses, change of clothes, rucksack, rain and sun protection, food and at least 1.5 lt. drink.
